ABOUT THE POSITION:
You act as a key interface between development, service, sales, task force management, and production.
You are jointly responsible for optimal utilization and maintaining the perfect technical condition of the machine park. Additionally, you ensure compliance with internal customer requirements.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Preparation and Planning: Coordinate and support production orders on our Nikon SLM systems
- Project Support: Assist with internal and external customer projects, as well as R&D initiatives
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues on Nikon SLM systems
- Customer Engagement: Conduct customer visits and provide training sessions
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs for the internal machine park
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience: Initial work experience, ideally in additive manufacturing and/or production engineering
- Skills: Proficiency in both conventional and additive manufacturing methods. German language skills are a plus
- Software Knowledge: Experience with Materialize Magics and the MS Power Platform is desirable
- Work Style: Customer-oriented, self-confident, and self-motivated approach
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively in international teams, combined with a problem-solving "can do" attitude
