POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • As the first point of contact, you will support our intercompanies around the globe competently and solution-oriented via phone or e-mail
  • You will coordinate customer concerns with various departments: production, purchasing, product management, project management, quality, shipping, accounting and sales
  • As part of this activity you will be responsible of tickets processing, quotes creation, order management, deliveries and invoicing in our ERP and CRM systems
  • You manage customer master data maintenance in the ERP/CRM
  • You will support the after sales account manager
  • Prepare and supervise reports for the daily business
  • Improve and standardize intercompany service department processes and tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • A completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • You already have some professional experiences in a similar position
  • Your affinity for modern technology and customer service sets you apart
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP and CRM systems is required
  • Very good language skills in English and German
  • You work in a service-oriented manner with attention to detail
  • Being a team player, quick learner and self-motivated working methods complete your profile
