POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in improving internal processes and driving the successful implementation of digitalization initiatives. Working closely with global teams, including external partners and the German headquarters, you will be responsible for establishing a first-level SAP S4/HANA support system in the US and contributing to digital transformation projects across the organization.
 
Your work will focus on enhancing operational excellence, creating streamlined data reporting infrastructures, and driving process evaluation and optimization. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic global team, exercise ownership, and deliver impactful digital solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish first-level support for the SAP S4/HANA system within the US.
  • Analyze and improve current processes, identifying digitalization opportunities to optimize operations.
  • Support global digital transformation projects, implementing new processes and systems.
  • Create and maintain robust data reporting infrastructure for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure effective implementation and project success.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in cross-functional project management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CRM and ERP systems, particularly SAP S4/HANA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process evaluation and reporting.
  • Intercultural competence and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Independent, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with software administration in SAP landscapes (Preferred).
