  • This position is home-office based in Emilia Romagna, with a high rate of deployment within the province of Modena

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • After training and learning on the job, you will independently support our customers in Italy
  • You will install our Nikon SLM machines on-site and be responsible for their maintenance and service
  • Analyze potential issues and work on solutions in direct communication with customer service
  • Comprehensive documentation of maintenance results
  • You will conduct customer training within your area of responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed training in the area of mechatronics, electronics or equivalent
  • You already gained professional experience in a similar position; highly motivated candidates with less experience will be considered as well
  • Your affinity for modern technology and your good IT skills, especially in MS Office, set you apart
  • Fluency in Italian and good English skills
  • Experience in working on L-PBF systems is highly beneficial
  • A high level of quality awareness, one's own initiative and an independent working method as well as 100% willingness to travel complete your profile
  • It is expected that up to 75% of the assignments will be carried out in the designated area; availability to travel to other locations in Italy is required as well
