Finance Manager (all genders)
- Annual salary: 120,000 - 140,000 USD

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Build and implement new processes to enhance financial governance and op-erational efficiency across the US entity.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and US-GAAP accounting standards, while main-taining high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Oversee and manage US tax regulations, including registrations and filings, toensure compliance with all local laws.
- Support operations with strong knowledge of inventory management andproduction processes, ensuring financial accuracy and control.
- Handle sales and service controlling to provide insights and recommendationsfor driving financial performance.
- Leverage expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and QuickBooks to streamlinefinancial operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SOX/ JSOX requirements, including thorough docu-mentation and internal controls.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments toemployees.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectivesand reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record ofbuilding processes, leading teams, and managing financial governance.
- Deep understanding of IFRS and US-GAAP accounting standards.
- Strong experience with US tax regulations and filings.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and QuickBooks.
- Experience in SOX/ JSOX compliance.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projectsunder tight deadlines.
- Strong operational understanding of inventory management and production.
- Experience managing payroll, controlling, and key stakeholder relationships.
