POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Windows clients, Windows servers, and mobile devices
  • Administrate and enhance the Microsoft Intune environment, including software deployment using Chocolatey
  • Manage, monitor, and continuously develop our comprehensive Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem
  • Collaborate proactively with the IT security team to implement and refine IT security measures and infrastructure architectures
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, fostering a positive and productive user experience, including user account management and support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or completed training with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in IT system administration
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows clients and servers, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 (M365)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft cloud collaboration tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Preferred skills include familiarity with PowerShell, PowerApps, PRTG, VMware, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Comprehensive understanding of network structures, protocols, and concepts
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, with strong communication skills in English
  • A team-oriented and communicative professional, adept at connecting the dots, working in a service-oriented manner, and solving complex technical and business challenges
