POSITION DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Oversee the documentation and tracking of machine uptime and availability across customer sites.
- Manage and document all results of safety investigations and Technical Product Notifications (TPNs).
- Support the process of tracking and tracing technical availability, ensuring optimized machine performance.
- Act as the official delegate for Fleet Safety within the organization, reporting status updates to the board and relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams such as After Sales, Service, Engineering, and Legal to align on operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, or Legal studies.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a high-technology environment.
- Experience in negotiations, project management, and contract management.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of process management and EHS standards.
- Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-functional teams.
- US Citizenship or Green Card Required
