By analyzing current processes and working methods, we are identifying ways for digitalization and climate change within essential departments.
In doing so, we are specifically committed to optimize cooperation between people and, as an ambassador and multiplier, at the same time maintain the focus on software solutions.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Become part of a young and dynamic team - Enjoy a free way of working and a trustful level of ownership
- Support in projects with a great variety, that need support in digital transformation and implementing new processes
- Act as networker and bridge builder between management, departments and IT
- Become responsible for the creation and maintenance of data reporting infrastructure
- Develop expertise in change management methodologies
- Get to learn administrational skills in SAP system environments on a professional level
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, IT or comparable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cross-functional project management
- Very good skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of relationships and dependencies between business and IT in an industrial environment
- Intercultural and customer-oriented mindset
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Nice to have: experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP
