Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly dynamic, motivated sales manager who has the ability to sell technical solutions into industrial, aerospace, automotive and any other focus market we see as addressable.

The following tasks await you:

  • Meeting your sales orders and revenue targets in territory and identifying & maximising new customer opportunities in variable industries like aerospace, automotive, tooling and energy
  • Leading and follow up of strategic sales projects
  • Close collaboration together with Business Development, inside sales and every customer-related department in head quarter
  • Technical dialog with new and existing customers and maintaining of the customer relation as well as establishing new customer relations
  • Preparation and follow up on reporting- and forecast data sheets
  • Participation on exhibitions and conferences
  • Giving technical speeches and company presentations
  • Feedback to the product-management about product characteristics, development potentials, market- and competitor information

You have the following qualifications:

  • Degree level qualification in relevant engineering discipline with sales specialisation
  • Technical understanding in additive manufacturing and conventional production methods
  • At least 3 years of sales/ consulting experience for capital equipment
  • Established C-level and senior level contacts with key customers in the regional market place
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized and business acumen skills
  • Experienced in collaborating with high-end customers
  • High on-your-own -initiative and self-reliant working
  • Motivated and committed, to be trained in new tasks and challenges
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required
  • Traveling national and international (approx. 50%)
