POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Development of LPBF process optimization software using AI and machine learning
- Integration of AI and LLM solutions to improve the efficiency and performance of our processes and systems
- Development and optimization of machine control software for additive manufacturing systems
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of engineers and researchers
- Analyzing and solving complex technical problems
- Performing tests and validations of the developed software
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable qualification
- 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in the field of machine control or industrial applications
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning and the application of LLMs
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, C++ or similar
- Experience with development tools and methods such as Git, Agile/Scrum
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for new technologies
