POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Individual responsibility for successful implementation of software projects and software programs with high priority under the given budget and with existing resource capacity
- You remove all the time consuming & low-added value steps in the development process and ensure on time and on budget execution on assigned programs
- You own the resource plan and manage all internal and external communication / issues
- You support the implementation and maintenance of value-adding software partnerships with external third-party suppliers
- Responsible for leadership of all project members
- Execute defined processes and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in technical or industrial engineering or business administration combined with 3+ years of professional experience in project management / product management
- Proven experience in the field of program management / product management with ownership of at least one product line, preferably in software area
- Ability to close gaps between design and production organizations by being strongly familiar with production and industrialization processes
- Strongly familiar with configuration management procedures and related implications
- Your project management skills e.g. in MS Project set you apart
- Being a great communicator combined with endurance complete your profile
