POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • You are responsible for the sale of service contracts, powder materials, training products and upgrades in the EMEA region
  • As first point of contact for our key and strategic customers, your goal is to track and ensure the success of our customers in day-to-day production
  • Leading the EMEA After Sales Account Manager team
  • Tracking of budget targets and other KPIs
  • Close collaboration with Product Management, Machine Sales and Business Development in an international and diverse environment
  • Strategic alignment with the VP After Sales, report status into board and other relevant stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant qualification in the field of engineering or commercial
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a high-technology environment
  • Your significant experience in leading and supporting negotiations, project management and contract management sets you apart
  • You've already worked in an international and cross-cultural environment
  • Ownership mindset combined with first leadership experience
  • You are a strong communicator in German and English, internally as well as within customer communication
