POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Full ownership of global coordination and planning of trainings based on demands from customers, service-partners and internal stakeholders
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously adapting training strategies to maximize the performance and efficiency of the service team
  • Managing skill profiles within the service department, including the assessment of competence profiles and steering further training measures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and individual development needs
  • Leading and contributing to projects aimed at introducing and implementing new training concepts to enhance the skill set and performance of the service team

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or related field
  • Initial experience in training management and its implementation in an industrial environment is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders (build trust, alignment, collaboration)
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Fluency in English as well as excellent cross-functional communication skills
