POSITION DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead and manage the Regional ASAM Team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for key customers, providing proactive support and tracking their production success.
- Drive After Sales revenue by selling service contracts, powder materials, training programs, and machine upgrades
- Track and report budget targets and KPIs for After Sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Machine Sales, and Business Development to align on customer success strategies.
- Strategically align with the VP of After Sales and provide reports for board meetings and other relevant stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering or Business.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-technology environment.
- Significant experience in leading negotiations, project management, and contract management.
- Working knowledge of global business environments and operations across different time zones.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German (preferred).
- Ability to provide leadership and support within a regional team.
