POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As an After Sales Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling end-to-end order processing: quotations, confirmations, deliveries (including follow-ups), invoicing, and deadline monitoring
  • Coordinating customer inquiries with various departments (Production, Purchasing, Product Management, Shipping, Accounting, and Sales) 
  • Managing customer service tickets and tracking progress in our CRM system
  • Maintaining accurate customer data in our SAP/ERP and CRM systems
  • As one of the points of contact, you will be providing advice and support via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the After Sales Account Managers and Service team to ensure seamless operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

To thrive in this role, you should be a proactive, highly organized team player with a strong
customer-first mindset. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and
eager to make a difference.

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial work experience in a similar position
  • An affinity for modern technology and confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Languages: Fluent French (native level) and good English skills (spoken and written) are
    required. German and Spanish are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs complete
    your profile
  • Mindset: Problem-solving attitude, ability to work independently, and commitment to
    delivering exceptional customer service
