Application process

This is how our application process works

We prefer personal interviews to lengthy recruitment tests or project work. That's why our application process is short and individual
 
  1. The first interview will be via Teams. This is where you introduce yourself, explain why you would like to work for us and what qualifies you for the position. We will also introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have.
  2. If you are applying for a technical position, a technical interview will follow, sometimes combined with a technical task.
  3. The final interview will take place in person at our Nikon SLM Solutions premises in Lübeck. Here you can get a first impression of your future job and get to know other colleagues.
  4. Signing of the employment contract
And then it's time to say welcome to Nikon SLM Solutions! 


Application tips

Your application is the first step into our company. We only need your CV. We do not need a cover letter. If you wish, you can supplement your CV with the following documents:
  • Your degree certificates
  • Job references
  • Certificates of special knowledge
The most important thing for us is your CV. Make sure it is complete and without gaps - you can also indicate a gap year. Stand out with individuality. So feel free to mention any unusual skills, hobbies or interests.
