POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- As the first point of contact, you will support our intercompanies around the globe
competently and solution-oriented via phone or e-mail - You will coordinate customer concerns with various departments: production,
purchasing, product management, project management, quality, shipping, accounting
and sales - As part of this activity you will be responsible of tickets processing, quotes creation,
order management, deliveries and invoicing in our ERP and CRM systems - You manage customer master data maintenance in the ERP/CRM
- You will support the after sales account manager
- Prepare and supervise reports for the daily business
- Improve and standardize intercompany service department processes and tools
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- You already have some professional experiences in a similar position
- Your affinity for modern technology and customer service sets you apart
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and CRM systems is required
- Very good language skills in English and German
- You work in a service-oriented manner with attention to detail
- Being a team player, quick learner and self-motivated working methods complete your
profile
