POSITION DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Establish first-level support for the SAP S4/HANA system within the US.
- Analyze and improve current processes, identifying digitalization opportunities to optimize operations.
- Support global digital transformation projects, implementing new processes and systems.
- Create and maintain robust data reporting infrastructure for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure effective implementation and project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years in cross-functional project management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM and ERP systems, particularly SAP S4/HANA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process evaluation and reporting.
- Intercultural competence and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Independent, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with software administration in SAP landscapes (Preferred).
