ABOUT THE POSITION:
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and facilities
- Oversee company vehicle fleet, insurance policies, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate training logistics and support intercompany invoicing
- Ensure administrative compliance and liaise with legal/accounting partners
- Act as local HR contact in coordination with Group HR (contracts, onboarding, benefits)
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide basic HR assistance to smaller EU offices as needed
- Execute local events, campaigns, and adapt marketing materials
- Coordinate with local vendors and support the field team with assets
- Provide market feedback to HQ and assist nearby regions when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or HR support roles
- Exposure to HR and/or marketing tasks, even in a coordination capacity
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, Teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A natural problem-solver with a practical, solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable interacting with employees, vendors, and international teams across functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- High level of autonomy, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
- Cultural sensitivity and experience navigating multicultural environments
