POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Customer to Order Process
- Quotations: support sales with regards to the offer conditions and creating/changing
offers in the function of solution provider in C4C/CPQ as well as credit checks to minimize the risk of payment defaults - Compliance and Data: ensuring sanctions list checks and compliance with export regulations, securing correct customer master data as an essential basis of our business activities
Order Management (Order to Cash)
- Commercial Order Management: management and coordination of difficult orders, including the application of IFRS guidelines, export processing and processing/application of payment instruments (guarantees, letters of credit)
- Project Coordination: responsibility and accountability for the whole project coordination beginning from quote to order, delivery and final payment
- Review of offers and order documents, coordination of project requirements and schedules with various departments and customers, project coordination and support of business partners until final payment and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering or comparable training
- Commercial basics, such as quoting, incoterms, and payment terms
- Project management basics, such as internal networking, portfolio know-how, timeline monitoring, and CRM data management
- Working independently and self organized on diverse machine projects while enjoying a high level of trust and ownership
- Intercultural and customer oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of relationships and dependencies between business and revenue generation in an industrial environment
- Fluency in German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
